SRT Power Chiller diverts the A/C refrigerant from the interior cabin to a chiller unit mounted by the low-temperature circuit coolant pump. Charges Air Coolant, after being cooled by ambient air passing through a low-temperature radiator at the front of the vehicle, flows through the chiller unit, where it is further cooled. The chilled coolant then flows to the heat exchangers in the supercharger. The SRT Power Chiller lowers the intake air temp further resulting in improved performance.

The SRT After-Run Chiller is another industry first for Dodge which minimizes any heat soak effects, allowing the engine to stay in optimum operating temperature. When the engine shuts down, the engine cooling fan & low-temp circuit coolant pump running to lower the supercharger/charge the air cooler temp. The driver can track the supercharger coolant temp in SRT Performance Pages of the 8.4 Uconnect touchscreen & know in real-time when the supercharger is at the optimum temp for another run down the track.

Adaptive Damping Suspension includes 3 different modes: Auto Sporty but compliant ride, Sport Firm with Maximum Handling, & Track Firm, Maximum Handling Plus Performance Shifting & Gear Holding Feature.

Electric Power Steering (EPS) delivers better steering feel & ease of turning efforts at parking lot speeds. In can be calibrated to optimize steering effort for a variety of driving situations via settings in the SRT Performance Pages.

Launch Assist was a SRT Demon factory production car first, which helps resolve one of the biggest challenges to clean launches & driveline integrity (wheel hop). Wheel sensors are used to watch for signs that the tires are slipping/sticking. If hop is detected, the engine control module momentarily reduces torque to max traction almost instantly, without the driver having to lift the throttle.

Torque Reserve becomes active once the engine speed passes 950RPM. The system closes the bypass valve, prefilling the intake boost, manages fuel flow, to cylinders & manages spark timing to balance engine RPM & torque.

Launch Control adjusts RPM to your liking. It holds the engine at optimal launch RPM & waits for the driver to release the brake. Then uses the engine torque management to optimize wheel slip for max acceleration.
