The bedroom includes a queen size bed, TV, radio with single disc CD player and lots of closet space. Cockpit includes a CD player/radio with 4 speakers, cruise control, center console with cupholder and snack tray, soft touch vinyl pilot & co-pilot recliner seats.

Bathroom Features: bathroom sink, enclosed shower, oak cabinets and private closed off toilet.

Other Features: exterior storage, awnings, electric entrance step, air conditioning.

Below is a list of known repairs that will not be completed by Bean Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd. This is not necessarily an exhaustive list…

- frame is rotted badly at rear and is seperating between the rails and cracking/rotted by the trailer hitch

- there was water on the dash either from the roof or windshield

- front upper clearance lights are inoperable

- floor is soft by shower/bathroom sink area

- ABS light is on – noticed a sensor broken off from brake master cylinder

- horn is inoperable

- there is an exhaust leak. Multiple clamps are rotted around the muffler area

- engine belt tensioner pulley has a bad bearing

- fan shroud on passenger side is not attached

- needs new front and rear brake pads and rotors

- all 4 shocks need replacement

- AM/FM radio and interior mirror adjustments are inoperable

- there are stone chips in the front and rear windows – needs repair or replacement
